who look for authentic Gujrati , Rajasthani cuisine and Mumbai
snacks served in a traditional way.
The ambience of the restaurant with waiters dressed in typical
garbs, large thali with lots of katories in it. The kamandal
(in which they put the food to serve to their customers) carried
by the waiters makes the place look like a typical Gujrati house.
With the sitting capacity of 70 people, Suruchi covers an area
of 1600 sq feet. The mouth watering and palatable Gujrati and
Rajashtani thalis with unlimited servings are the specialty
of the restaurant . The Gujrati/Rajasthani thali comprise of
four varieties of vegetables , Kadhi , Dal, assorted Farsans
(snacks like Pattras and Khandvis) , Roti ,Bajere ki Roti, Puran
Poli , Bhakri , Rice , Khichdi , Salad , Chutnies , Papad ,
Chhaas , Dal-Bati Churma & Sweets etc. The North Indian Thali
include Dal Makhani , Shahi Paneer , Aloo Mutter, Malai Kofta
, Rajma , Nan/Parantha/Tandoori Roti and Sweets.
Apart from its traditional thalis Suruchi also serve Pav Bhaji,Vada
Pav etc.
